These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and the publisher of Sahayak Vault ("the App") governing your use of it. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal use, subject to the App Store's or Play Store's own standard usage rules for the platform you downloaded it from.

2. Your responsibility for your own vault

The App has no account recovery system and no master password of its own — access is gated solely by your device's own biometrics/ passcode. You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your device's biometric/passcode security enabled and up to date;
• Any consequences of losing access to your device without an available backup (see the Privacy Policy's "Optional sync/backup" section for what backup options exist and their limits);
• The accuracy of anything you choose to store in the App.

3. Subscriptions

Sahayak Vault Premium is an auto-renewing subscription (currently offered as an annual plan) purchased through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Key terms:

• Payment is charged to your App Store/Play Store account at confirmation of purchase;
• The subscription automatically renews for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends;
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store/Play Store account settings — the App itself cannot cancel it for you;
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited once you purchase a subscription;
• Pricing is shown in the App at the point of purchase and may vary by region.

4. Advertising and free usage

Free (non-Premium) use of the App is supported by ads served via Google AdMob. Premium removes ads. All core vault functionality (adding, editing, and deleting records across every category) is available to every user, Premium or not.

5. No warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that stored data will never be lost. You are strongly encouraged to keep your own independent backup of anything genuinely irreplaceable.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher of the App is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including loss of data.

7. Termination

You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. We may update or discontinue features of the App with reasonable notice through a future App update.

8. Changes to these Terms

If these Terms change, an updated version will ship with a future App update, with a new "last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
